Honeywell has formally announced that their first-generation Total Connect® cameras and video accessories will soon reach their formal End of Life (EOL) and will cease to operate in Total Connect 2.0 and AlarmNet® after July 31, 2025.

These products were sold in the 2016-2019 timeframe. Here are the impacted models below.

The replacement models are the VX5 Indoor Camera and the VX3 Outdoor Camera
