Advanced Security, LLC makes an effort to keep items in stock and ready to ship, however, some items maybe out of stock and will be backordered, in this event we will contact you via E-mail.
We ship all orders using USPS and UPS.
Advanced Security, LLC offers a 30-day return policy. You, the customer, are responsible for the return cost of shipping and insurance back to us. All items must be in their original packaging and in their original resalable condition with all original contents that came with the item to receive a refund. If an item is deemed not to be in resalable condition the item will be returned at your expense or discarded at your request. Any electronic items cannot be returned once they have been installed, activated or registered UNLESS, the item is defective. If defective, we will offer an exchange. If item is found not to be defective you will be charged the return shipping back to you. All returns require an RMA # prior to returning items. Special Order Items are not returnable!
All returned items must be sent to us prior to issuing a credit or exchange so the item can be inspected and tested. Any items found not to be defective will be returned at the customer’s expense

Medical Alert Systems Return/Cancellation Policy

To return and cancel your Medical Alert services that are billed directly by Advanced Security, LLC, for any reason, simply return all equipment and accessories by mailing the system to us at your expense including tracking and $250 of insurance for loss or damage. Service will be cancelled effective the day the system is received at our location. NO RMA# IS NEEDED!
Failure to return equipment or any loss or damaged returned items will result in a $250.00 equipment charge.
All returns must be shipped back to us, we cannot except returns in person, please ship all returned items with tracking and insurance for your protection to:

Medical Alert System Returns/Cancellations

These systems are serviced by Mobile Help directly and are not to be returned to Advanced Security, LLC or cancelled through us. I wanted to take a few seconds to write your company! After a bad experience with another security company and being left with no other options I came to advanced security for an alarm and home security for my new home I ordered an l7000 kit and it quickly arrived next day as promised I hooked it all up my wife was even surprised at how easy it was while helping get it all setup I got to the part of programing and well let’s say I was a bit lost but no worries I sent a message and within 10 min I had an email and so will say an email yes an email with an apology I was having an issues and the personal cell phone number to Victor so I called and left him a vm with in 5 min he called me back and we were able to get all the devices added to the alarm and I had a few adjustments on my end to do once they were done it was like 7:30 pm victor did not bail out on me he then connected to the panel and checked everything out for me tested the system and put us live with the monitoring station I can’t say how much better of an experience this was for me and my wife and were paying less than half what the other company was charging us for the same services!
