Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Advanced Security, LLC makes an effort to keep items in stock and ready to ship, however, some items maybe out of stock and will be backordered, in this event we will contact you via E-mail. We ship all orders using USPS, FedEx and UPS.   

Order Cancellations All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, if the order has not shipped.  We are unable to cancel any orders once they are shipped.

Returns  Advanced Security, LLC offers a 30-day return policy from the Date Of Purchase.   You, the customer, are responsible for the return cost of shipping and insurance back to us.  All items must be factory Sealed, in their original packaging and in their original resalable condition with all original contents that came with the item to receive a refund.  If an item is deemed not to be in resalable condition the item will be returned at your expense or discarded at your request.  Any items cannot be returned once they have been installed, activated or registered UNLESS, the item is defective.  If defective, we will offer an exchange. If item is found not to be defective you will be charged the return shipping back to you, plus the actual original shipping. (Not our Flat Rate Shipping or any Free Shipping.  All returns require an RMA # prior to returning items.  Special Order Items, fire and life safety devices (Smoke, CO, Heat Sensors), Alarm Panels, Batteries, Transformers and any testing tools or firmware/ panel update tools are not returnable!  All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.   Payments through Amazon Pay, and Paypal are also subject to our return policy to cover our actual cost and fees. All returned items must be sent to us prior to issuing a credit or exchange so the item can be inspected and tested.  All returns MUST be shipped within 7 days of receiving an RMA #.  Any items found not to be defective will be returned at the customer’s expense. Medical Alert Systems Return/Cancellation  Policy (For Systems provided by Advanced Security, LLC with our company information on the front and back of the unit.) To return and cancel your Medical Alert services that are billed directly by Advanced Security, LLC, for any reason, simply return all equipment and accessories by mailing the system to us at your expense including tracking and $250 of insurance for loss or damage. Service will be cancelled effective the day the system is received at our location.

NO RMA# IS NEEDED! Failure to return equipment or any loss or damaged returned items will result in a $250.00 equipment charge. Medical Alert System Returns/Cancellations To return or cancel your medical alert system that is billed directly by Mobile Help.
