The Alarm.com Smart Thermostat (ADC-T25) is a cost-effective connected thermostat. It features a capacitive touch display and a sleek whitedesign to blend in with any space while delivering smart HVAC control throughout the property. The T25 offers a simple installation with battery operation, HVAC wire detection and auto configuration. The thermostat is suitable for installations in residential, multi-family and commercial applications with traditional 24V HVAC systems. As part of the Alarm.com platform, the T25 supports Pro HVAC Monitoring and provides insight into the HVAC system efficiency.

Pro HVAC Monitoring
Pro HVAC Monitoring makes it easier than ever for customers to stay informed on the health of their HVAC system. Customers with a connected thermostat can opt-in to this service and receive monthly HVAC status reports. They are also paired with a participating HVAC service provider in their area for instances when issues do occur. As soon as the monitoring system
detects an anomaly, the customer and the preferred HVAC service provider are notified. The customer can then request a service appointment directly in the mobile app. The HVAC service provider can also proactively monitor the health of customers’ systems and reach out to them about its performance, further enhancing the customer service experience.
