Description
The Qolsys IQWF6 IQ WiFi 6, is a WiFi mesh router designed to work with security equipment to provide a more secure and stable WiFi network for your security devices. The IQWF6 can be used alone or connected to your modem or used with up to 7 additional IQ WiFi 6’s to create a mesh network for your home with a maximum of 8 total. This will increase your coverage area in your home or business by using the additional IQWF6’s each providing up to 1500Sq Ft range. Connecting additional units, or Agents can be done via a LAN using ethernet cables, or wirelessly using WPS.
IQ WiFi will not increase the speed coming from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) To manage and configure the IQ Wi-Fi, use the IQ Panel or the online Web Interface.
When paired with the Qolsys IQ Panel, the IQ WiFi 6 delivers 3 unique wireless network/SSIDs. One for personal devices or business, a guest network, and a dedicated security network for all your security devices. These networks can be managed through the panel’s 7″ touchscreen, iOS and Android mobile apps, and the Alarm.com website.
